SURGICAL SCISSORS (BANDAGE SCISSORS)
There are different types of surgical scissors with
different purposes. This particular surgical scissor is also referred to as
bandage scissors. It is used for dressing the wound and cutting medical gauges.
The unique angled tip with blunt tip makes it much safer for the skin. For smoother
cuts, these scissors are made up of stainless steel. The cutting edges are
usually made up of tungsten carbide, this in particular lets the scissor stay
sharp for a longer time as tungsten doesn’t get blunt soon. The size of these
scissors varies from 3.5 inch to 7 inch.
