Exoskeleton
Exoskeleton is an external skeleton that allows people to move if they are having difficulties to move without wheelchair. It also helps in spinal cord injury and aging cases.
It basically consists of 2 parts. The first part is the back frame that goes around user's back and supports it. The second part is legs which also covers the joints and helps the user sit down and stand up.
The use of this powered skeleton is now only possible if the user is getting support by forearm crutches. Without them, a stroke person cannot stand up just by this device.
